Very Professional, Knowledgeable and Courteous Linda was put in contact with me by Veterans United through Realtor.com. At that time my house wasn't even ready to put on the market. Following a walk through visit, she provided me with proven recommendations on how to present my home to prospective buyers. No pressure, she would periodically contact me for a status. Once ready to put on the market, she was pretty "spot on" for the asking price. She was great at communicating the latest news - before and after - the house entered escrow, and also requested a five day vacate as opposed to the original 3-day vacate once the house sold. Exceptional Realtor. Linda was absolutely fantastic in every aspect of the sale of our home! From staging to marketing she was spot on! Linda made the home purchase process very easy and convenient with the electric signatures and timely responses. Couldn't ask for a better realtor. Was helpful and knowledgeable. Linda was recommended to us by a neighbor. She was just awesome, available almost 24/7. She was always looking out for our best interest and made sure that any buyer was giving us a fair deal along with them also getting that fair deal. We lived in a 55+ community and at the beginning of the listing we had realtors bringing clients that did not fit the age criteria.
