Flawless Listing. Working with Linda Banales on the sale of our home was truly a fairytale experience from beginning to end. From our very first conversation months prior to listing, when we were unsure of our desire to list, Linda's communication was exceptional. Every question was answered quickly, every detail was handled professionally, and we never felt rushed or pressured to make a move before we were ready. Linda went above and beyond before the home ever hit the market. We requested for the home to be staged and she offered that service without hesitation and scheduled the consultation. She also provided trusted recommendations for a handyman to complete minor repairs and touch-ups. Her eye for detail and willingness to help with every aspect of preparation made a tremendous difference in how our home showed. Linda partnered with her daughters and leveraged her network of fellow agents to create incredible exposure for our listing.
